Banana & Strawberry Recovery Bowl
Bananas are high in potassium as well as containing good levels of protein and fibre in your diet. Beauty Recovery was created to work with the body to assist in the recovery process, feeding cells essential vitamins and minerals
1 Cup of Frozen Strawberries
2 Scoops Vida Glow Beauty Recovery
1 Tablespoon Flaxmeal
2 Tablespoons Hemp Seed
1/2 Cup Coconut Water
Blend all ingredients together in a NutriBullet or blender of choice. Decorate with frozen fruits. Enjoy!
Vanilla Chai Chia Seed Pudding
Enjoy this sweet treat using Our Beauty Sleep for a glowing complexion and a restful night whilst cleansing.
2 Cups Coconut Milk (homemade or natural)
1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
1 Scoop Beauty Sleep
Place all ingredients into an airtight jar and mix together. Close lid.
Place in fridge for 2-3 hours
Serve on its own, perfect for a night time snack.

A great source of protein and energy, this smoothie will fill you up until lunch time.
1 Scoop of Beauty Mind
1 Scoop Vanilla Beauty Protein
2 Cups of Plant Based Milk (almond,oat,rice)
1/2 Frozen Banana
1 Handful of Blueberries
Place all ingredients into a blender (we love a NutriBullet), blend, serve, enjoy!
Full of antioxidants and green goodness, enjoy with sliced carrots or cucumbers.
¼ cup Tahini
¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice (about 1 large lemon’s worth)
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, plus more for serving
½ Cup Roughly Chopped Parsley
1 Large Garlic Clove, Roughly Chopped
½ Teaspoon Salt
One Can of Chickpeas
1 to 2 Tablespoons Water
Garnish with extra olive oil and a sprinkling of chopped fresh herbs
Place Tahini and Lemon juice into a food blender and blend
Add remaining ingredients and blend.
Serve in a dish, drizzle olive oil and parsley for garnish
Enjoy with sliced vegetables such as Carrot Sticks and Cucumber
